She graduated at the University of Pretoria in 2004 with a Bcom Communication Management also specializing in Marketing Management and Business Management. She is responsible for the marketing and promotion of the company and its services. She truly has a passion for recruitment. With many years of interacting with clients from different industries she has developed skills and expertise to give input that will help companies reach their bottom line. She wrote and passed the entrance exam with APSO (a regulatory exam with one of the association that represent the African Recruitment 

Industry).

Rev. Ramaeletse Penuel Kgorutla is the Business Developer for Lehumo Ama Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He is also the owner of Jachin Trading and Projects CC, a company involved in the petroleum industry. He answered his call as a minister and he is the Founder of The Watchmen Ministries International. He has a National Diploma is Civil Engineering, a Diploma in Bible Studies, he is currently studying towards his Bcom Theology with SATS. He has been in business for over 11 years.
